Warranty

60-day bug-fixing warranty covers defects within the approved Phase 1 scope. Does not cover new features, content updates, third-party service changes, or maintenance after the warranty window. A separate maintenance & support agreement can be issued after launch based on the required SLA.

Commercial Conditions

  • · Pricing may change if advanced booking, wallet, settlement, inventory, or external integrations are requested.

  • · The client is not obligated to execute all phases.
  • · Source code ownership transfers after full payment of the relevant phase.
  • · Reusable Brain Analytica frameworks, internal libraries, and proprietary tools remain Brain Analytica intellectual property.
  • · Proposal validity is 15 days.
  • · Third-party operational fees are excluded.
  • · Delays caused by the client may affect delivery dates.
  • · Final production launch depends on content and approval readiness.
